Our views on our product:
 Zhi Hui: This cotton tote bag has really been a great use to my mother and me. We always share this bag whenever we needed it. Sometimes, my mother will bring this bag to school when she has to carry heavy files and all the school materials home. For me, I bring it to school and when I go out with my friends. This bag has many uses besides carrying them to school or outside. This bag can also be carried out during the Great Singapore Sales and also when buying groceries because every Wednesday the supermarkets won’t provide plastic bags. Thus, this bag will come in handy for grocery shopping. It is definitely also a great publicity for Singapore as this bag features on the famous attractions and food that can be found locally. I believe that many people would like this bag the way my mother and me like it!
 Pauline: Our high-quality, reusable bags will help you eliminate hundreds, if not thousands, of those plastic and paper shopping bags choking our planet. It’s an easy way to do your part!
 Shu Qi: This is what I did to my poor bag. I have received comments on the strap being too long and the bag too big, thus this sudden hurting of my bag. Don't worry, it is not spoiled easily. Made of good and durable material. Unleash your creativity on this bag!

Welcome to Walk-the-tote!!
Walk-the-tote is established and managed by a group of Temasek Polytechnic students. Our core business is selling of Eco-friendly cotton tote bags which we hope to promote Singapore as a tourist destination through our designs and at the same time increase awareness of global warming. We strongly encourage the use of cotton bags instead of plastic bags!
We hope to gain the support of all shoppers by using our bags and promote its usefulness to more people.

ATM Funds Transfer
Please keep the funds transfer receipt for referencing till we have confirmed the received funds. Please refer to the payment options.
Internet Banking
Walk-the-tote accepts payment through internet banking. Account details will be sent to you via email if you have expressed your interest on any of our item, please do remember to check your mailbox!
Cash Delivery
Concealed cash is not really recommended and is at the buyer’s own risk; however, we will still deliver the bags to you upon the agreement of location made between Walk-the-tote and our customers. Bags will be handed upon receiving the cash. Please refer to the payment options.
Pay pal
We accept payment by Pay pal sent in Singapore dollars. Walk-the-tote works with Pay pal, a reputed international payment solutions provider for credit card payment.
Select Pay pal in the “payment options” steps during the checkout and provide us with your Paypal email account. We will send you a bill via paypal.
Your bag order will be completed once your payment is confirmed. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before the Pay pal payment is confirmed.
If you are using a checking or savings account as your funding option through Pay pal, it will take additional 3-4 business days before the payment is completed and for your order to be processed. Until then, the status of your bag order will be pending.

Modes of delivery
Registered Mail
The registered mail will be suggested as a perfect solution for customers who do not wish to meet-up to collect your items. This registered mail allows the package to be sent anywhere in Singapore, on top of that, the item will not be missing as the delivery status can be checked online. All items are exclusive of normal postage ($1-$1.50) and postage will be advised for each item. As for registered mail, an additional of $2.24 is needed. Items will be mailed out within 1-2 days once payment is received.
Regular Mail
As for customers who chose regular mailing, Walk-the-tote will not take responsibility for any lost/damaged normal mail. Do not hesitate to inform us through email regarding our packaging so that we can improvise to serve you better!

Exchange/return policy
Walk-the-tote will ensure that the quality of bags will be of our standard and quantity of bags will be as requested before delivery. Therefore, we do not allow any exchange or return of Walk-the-tote goods.

Colour and Size
Our bags are only of one size and measurements are accurately taken and stated as you see. Therefore, please be assured that there will not be any difference in size between the ones stated on our website and the actual bags. However, the colour displayed in the website may differ from the actual. We will try our best to put up the closest colour of our bags for you.
